Mayor is the head of Town Hall and administers it through issuing acts of internal law, he supervises the work of the Town Hall with the help of his Deputies, Town Secretary and Treasurer.

I Deputy is the head of following departments of the Town Hall: Education, Culture and Physical Culture; Health and Social Politics;

Competences:
- health protection;
- social aid;
- policy promoting family;
- education;
- culture and physical culture;

II Deputy is the head of following departments of the Town Hall: Architecture and Building; Town Engineer; Town Development; Municipal Management and Environment;
Competences:
- spatial management, architecture and building;
- sewage system and water resources management;
- local affairs and housing;
- tourism and promotion;

Town Secretary is responsible for:
- foreign cooperation and European integration;
- organisation of work and training of the employees;
- elections, referendum and registers;
- informative technologies, town’s web page and Bulletin of Public Information;

Treasurer is the chief accountant of the town budget.
