Description of “A” zone with area of 159 ha:
 
- spa-medical treatment as a key function
- spa-medical buildings and hotels with spa services
It is forbidden to:
- locate of industrial facilities, build one - and multi-family housing complex,
- run marketplaces,
- keep livestock,
- locate of petrol station and refuse dump,
- locate of objects which can pollute the environment.

Description of “B” zone with area of 173 ha:

- housing function: one- and multi-family buildings with full scope of communal services,
- services and commercial function
It is forbidden to:
- develop of existing industrial buildings,
- locate commercial buildings (shopping center) larger than 400m2 together with accompanying facilities,
- locate of petrol station and devices emitting electromagnetic waves,
- cut forest and park trees.

Description of “C” zone with area of 638 ha:

- urban housing function: one- and multi-family buildings,
- general urban services and commercial function,
It is forbidden to:
- cut trees,
- take actions which may be harmful for environment,
- locate of heavy industrial plants and buildings facilities.
