Information for anglers

Due to the entry into force on 1 January 2019 of the Act of 9 November 2018 amending the Act on Maritime Fisheries and certain other Acts (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 2340), the current bank account no longer operates . When making a transfer via the Internet or at the post office, the following bank account numbers should be given:

In the transfer title, please specify: "for recreational fisheries for the period ... (week / month / year)" and "Name and Surname"

For the purpose of recreational fishing by natural persons in sea areas of the Republic of Poland - from the bank or other vessels than floating vessels - only valid PROOF OF PAYMENT IS VALID.

1) weekly fishing period - PLN 7;
2) monthly fishing period - PLN 11;
3) a 12-month fishing period - PLN 42,

Note: Validity of the fishing license starts from the date of the payment and terminates after a week, month or year, respectively. The period is counted from the date of making the transfer as confirmed by the date stamp issued by the post office, bank or printed out on the electronic bank transfer statement. Charges paid for periods other than those specified in the Act shall not be valid.

The proof of payment shall unambiguously indicate the person engaged in recreational fishing, which means that the following data shall be indicated on the payment confirmation:  full name and address of the recreational angler, specified fishing period (a week, a month, 12-month). The license is valid explicitly with an identity card containing the same personal data. The above mentioned reductions in the lay shall not cumulate – in case more than one deduction applies, only one will be granted.
