Supervision over the following organisational units of the City Hall

• The Department of Education (municipal kindergartens, primary schools, middle schools, and secondary schools, the Special Educational Centre, the Psychological and Pedagogical Clinic, the Youth Culture Centre)
• The Department of Promotion, Tourism, Culture, and Sports (the Municipal Culture Centre, the WYSPIARZ Sports and Leisure Centre, the Municipal Public Library, the Sea Fishing Museum, the Tourist Information Office)
• The Department of Health and Social Policy (the SPZOZ* Municipal Hospital, the SPZOZ Nursing and Care Centre, the Municipal Centre for Family Assistance, the Municipal Nursery, the District Sanitary and Epidemiological Station).
